![]() I eventually talked to a manager who moved us to a new room. When we first requested a new room, we were told there wasn't one available and that they'd send housekeeping up, which I refused. There was dust on everything, crumbs all over the rug, garbage in the garbage can and on the floor in the bathroom, food wrappers under and next to the couch, and the bed looked like it had been sat on. When we arrived in the room and looked around, we noticed the room was filthy. My cousin booked a family suite for Thursday, 8/9 and Friday, 8/10, which cost $600. After finally getting towels, we went in to the water park and discovered the lazy river was closed. Once there, we were informed there weren't any towels. The second day, when we returned to the room at about 3:30 pm, we learned the room hadn't been cleaned, so we couldn't relax in the room like we wanted to and instead went down to the water park. The room was very small and barely held 2 queen beds and a small sleeper sofa. Also, when I asked the manager if we were in the right room because it didn't match the picture, he told me that the picture online is a stock photo and he doesn't have any rooms like that. ![]() ![]()
